Developer and contact
AssetSprint is a Demanero product. The controller responsible for personal data is David Emanuel Romero, operating under the Demanero trade name in Spain. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@demanero.com and product support enquiries to support@demanero.com.
Information AssetSprint may process
Google account identity used for sign-in, including account email, display name and technical user identifier.
Operational data entered or scanned by users, such as locations, asset tags, serial numbers, asset types, notes, audit lists and operation results.
Workspace and collaboration data, including memberships, invitations, roles and shared operational history.
Diagnostics and crash information used to maintain reliability, including Crashlytics diagnostics.
Technical security signals used to protect backend access, including Firebase App Check and Play Integrity signals.
Why the information is used
Authenticate users and maintain their account.
Provide inventory, transfer, association and audit workflows.
Synchronize information in personal or shared workspaces.
Generate history, PDF and CSV exports requested by the user.
Protect the service, diagnose failures and improve reliability.
Sharing and collaboration
AssetSprint does not use operational data for advertising. Data can be shared with other members of a workspace when the user participates in a shared workspace. PDF and CSV files leave the app only when the user explicitly chooses to export or share them through Android.
Service providers
AssetSprint uses Google/Firebase services for sign-in, cloud synchronization, crash diagnostics and backend integrity: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase App Check with Play Integrity. These providers may process account, device and diagnostic information needed to provide those services under their own terms. Demanero does not sell personal data.
Camera, NFC and external readers
The camera is used to recognize supported codes. AssetSprint does not use the scanner workflow to store photographs.
NFC NDEF values can be used as scan input when the user chooses NFC.
External RFID readers can provide text through standard HID keyboard input. AssetSprint does not perform background RFID tracking.
Retention
Account and workspace data is kept while needed to provide the service. When an account is deleted, the personal workspace, private account data, directory entries, pending invitations and workspace memberships are removed as applicable. Operational records already belonging to a shared workspace owned by another account may remain as workspace history after the deleting user's access is removed.
Account and data deletion
AssetSprint provides an in-app deletion path under Account → Privacy and security → Delete account and an active verified external web process in Demanero. The external process verifies control of the account email before deletion. If the account owns shared workspaces, the external flow requires explicit confirmation before those workspaces are deleted.

Demanero uses authentication, Firebase security controls, App Check, Play Integrity and application-level permissions to reduce unauthorized access. No security measure can eliminate every risk.
