Information AssetSprint may process
Google account identity used for sign-in, including account email, display name and technical user identifier.
Operational data entered or scanned by users, such as locations, asset tags, serial numbers, asset types, notes, audit lists and operation results.
Workspace and collaboration data, including memberships, invitations, roles and shared operational history.
Diagnostics and crash information used to maintain reliability, including Crashlytics diagnostics.
Technical security signals used to protect backend access, including Firebase App Check and Play Integrity signals.
Why the information is used
Authenticate users and maintain their account.
Provide inventory, transfer, association and audit workflows.
Synchronize information in personal or shared workspaces.
Generate history, PDF and CSV exports requested by the user.
Protect the service, diagnose failures and improve reliability.
Sharing and collaboration
AssetSprint does not use operational data for advertising. Data can be shared with other members of a workspace when the user participates in a shared workspace. PDF and CSV files leave the app only when the user explicitly chooses to export or share them through Android.
Camera, NFC and external readers
The camera is used to recognize supported codes. AssetSprint does not use the scanner workflow to store photographs.
NFC NDEF values can be used as scan input when the user chooses NFC.
External RFID readers can provide text through standard HID keyboard input. AssetSprint does not perform background RFID tracking.
Retention
Account and workspace data is retained while needed to provide the service. Shared operational records can remain in a workspace where they form part of that workspace's history. Retention practices must remain consistent with the account deletion process and any legal or security obligations that apply.
Account and data deletion
AssetSprint includes an in-app account deletion flow under Account → Privacy and security → Delete account. Demanero is also preparing an external verified web request flow so users can initiate deletion without having access to the app.

Demanero uses authentication, Firebase security controls, App Check, Play Integrity and application-level permissions to reduce unauthorized access. No security measure can eliminate every risk.
