Delete your AssetSprint account and data

AssetSprint provides an in-app deletion flow today. This page is the public external resource for the web deletion process that will be connected to Demanero's verified request system before publication.

Delete from AssetSprint

Open AssetSprint and go to Account.

Open Privacy and security.

Choose Delete my account.

Follow the confirmation and re-authentication steps shown by the app.

Request deletion from the web

Enter the email used with AssetSprint. For privacy, the page will not reveal whether an account exists. If it does, Demanero will send a confirmation email.

Data covered by an account deletion request

  • The AssetSprint authentication account.

  • Personal workspace data associated with the account.

  • Personal preferences and account-specific settings.

  • Pending invitations and account memberships that should no longer remain active.

  • Associated personal data that is not required to be retained for a legitimate reason.

Shared operational records

Operational records already contributed to shared workspaces can require separate handling because they may form part of another workspace's history. The production deletion workflow will review these records and apply the final retention or anonymization rules consistently with the published privacy policy.
