Delete your AssetSprint account and data

AssetSprint allows account deletion both inside the app and through this active public web resource. The web process verifies control of the account email before performing deletion.

Delete from AssetSprint

Open AssetSprint and go to Account.

Open Privacy and security.

Choose Delete my account.

Follow the confirmation and re-authentication steps shown by the app.

Request deletion from the web

Enter the email used with AssetSprint. For privacy, the page will not reveal whether an account exists. If it does, Demanero will send a confirmation email.

Data covered by an account deletion request

  • The AssetSprint authentication account.

  • Personal workspace data associated with the account.

  • Personal preferences and account-specific settings.

  • Pending invitations and account memberships that should no longer remain active.

  • Associated personal data that is not required to be retained for a legitimate reason.

Shared operational records

When you leave a shared workspace owned by another account, your membership and access are removed. Operations and audits already belonging to that workspace may remain as operational history. In the external web flow, account attribution in those retained records is anonymized before access is removed. Shared workspaces owned by the account are deleted only after explicit confirmation.
